This information is given under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Article 11 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What data we process
- Enquiry and order: name, email, language, island or municipality, link or address of the property, whether you have paid a deposit, and your messages.
- Property documents: nota simple, cadastral data and other documents that you supply or that we obtain from public registers for your order. They can contain data about other people, such as the registered owners.
- Payment and invoicing: billing data and payment confirmation. We do not store full card details.
- Website use: technical access data and aggregated usage statistics, without cookies (see the cookie policy).

We do not send marketing without your consent. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Recipients and processors
We use service providers that process data only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting and content delivery network.
- Cookieless web analytics.
- Payment processing.
- Email delivery.
- AI tools that help extract data from documents; a person checks the result before delivery.
The current list of providers, with their country and safeguards, is available on request at hello@fincaclaro.com. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR apply, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
GLEX & CO receives your data only if you ask for legal advice. GLEX & CO is then a separate controller for the data it processes.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries without an order: as long as needed to answer, at most 12 months.
- Orders, reports and invoices: for the term of the contract and then for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
- Usage statistics: in aggregated form only.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@fincaclaro.com. We answer within one month.
You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
